This website is operated by MyRaceTime International Ltd and its affiliated local entities ("we") for the Cotonou International Marathon 2027 (the "Event"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

An account is created when you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend an account in case of fraudulent or abusive use.

Entry to the Event is governed by the waiver accepted at registration, which forms part of the contract. Entry fees are non-refundable. Race changes are possible while registration for the target race remains open, under the published policy: upgrades cost the current price minus the amount paid plus a change fee; downgrades incur the change fee only, with no refund. Regional pricing (Benin, West Africa, International) is based on country of residence and is verified at bib collection against photo ID; ineligible registrations pay the price difference before a bib is issued. Registrations for participants under 18 on race day require parent or legal guardian consent. Payments are processed by third-party providers; transaction fees may be borne by the participant and are shown before payment.

You agree not to: disrupt the operation of the site; attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems; use bots or bulk data extraction; submit false information or impersonate others; use the site for unlawful purposes.

Site content (texts, logos, visual identity, photos, course maps) belongs to us or is used under licence. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Sponsor trademarks belong to their owners.

Start lists, tracking and results are provided for information and published in accordance with the waiver and the privacy policy. The site may contain links to third-party sites for which we are not responsible.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or withdraw features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability connected with the use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Participation in the Event is governed by the waiver.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Benin. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Cotonou have jurisdiction.
